We contacted Richard about designing our new build sloped and overlooked garden, and it’s the best decision we ever made! From start to finish Richard has been brilliant. One of the few designers to give any idea of costs for the whole project up front, which was important to us as we had a very fixed upper limit on our budget which we couldn’t go over. Over a call then meeting Richard did a great job of figuring out what we wanted and turning it into an amazing design, especially as we weren’t sure other than a few things like no lawn, but still space for our dog to run around, wildlife friendly, space for growing veg. The design process was honestly really fun, and Richard took into account our feedback to make a truly amazing final design. He managed the contractor quotes, plant design and sourcing, over saw the actual build to ensure everything met his detailed and precise design requirements, and even laid out of the plants into the correct space so that we could do the planting (to save us a bit of cost). We couldn’t be happier with our final garden and it’s grown so much in only a few months as you can see from the pictures. Thank you Richard!

Richard designed and sourced a scheme for our shady garden and we are thrilled with the results. Richard is a pleasure to work with being a great communicator who takes enormous trouble to understand a brief. His work has really bought our garden to life with a scheme that compliments the house and manages to be both harmonious and interesting. Our garden has blossomed giving us such pleasure every time we walk down the garden path. Our neighbours love it too!

Richard designed our new front garden and rear garden. He transformed it from a boring old-fashioned lawn with some borders into an interesting, colourful and exciting cottage garden. He helped manage the entire process from ideas and colour-schemes through to ordering and receiving the plants. We’ve had endless compliments from people wandering by, and look forward to seeing it develop and grow.
